The STAR-EVO plate mounter comes with a very complete configuration:
- Cantilever opening of the air mandrel, for an easy sleeves change-over
- 2 hi.res. digital cameras, suitable to mount even the smallest microdots
- Touch-screen monitor
- Motorized cameras, with stepper motors
- Encoder for controlling the position of the cameras
- Motorized mandrel rotation, with pedal command, with top-quality gearbox, perfect for STAGGERED MOUNTING
- Absolute rotative encoder for controlling the angle of the mandrel

The frame is made by 36 mm iron walls.

FULLY ELECTRONIC CONTROLLED MOTORS
Automatic positioning of cameras and mandrel.
STAR-EVO comes with 2 high definition digital cameras, and it is FULLY MOTORIZED: it is equipped with automatic cameras and automatic mandrel, with control of the position (for the cameras) and control of the angle on the repeat (for the mandrel)

The machine is equipped with a top-quality gearbox, with low torsional backlash (≤ 3 arcmin), supreme smooth running and synchronization quality thanks to superior gearing technology, for precise staggered jobs.
NEW "TOUCHLESS" SLIDING SYSTEM FOR CAMERAS
A real innovation that makes life easier
With the new TOUCHLESS SLIDING system (patent pending) it is possible to move the cameras simply putting a hand in front of them: the camera will follow it.

NEW PRESSURE ROLLER WITH “NOTCHED ENGRAVED SURFACE”
Smooth and constant pressure on all the printing face
The bigger diameter and the new notched engraved surface makes the roll softer and capable to press the void areas of the plates and the elimination of the air bubbles.
It is suitable for both adhesive tape and plates and eliminates the labour for sticking the tape and the plates
This new pressure roll is standard on the STAR-EVO.
